Paolo Corona
Turning Earth’s Pain Into Purpose

Paolo Corona was born and raised in Costa Esmeralda on the Italian island of Sardegna – "my island," as he fondly calls it.

Throughout his works you will find movement and depth inspired by the sea and wind-sculpted terrain of that island.

Each work bears a name inspired by Sardegna, or what his loved ones would call "Paolo-isms"– sweet sayings, amazing places, and broken English.

The works are mixed-medium using approximately 90 percent recycled materials- single-use plastics, discarded wood, and metal. Once sculpted, the recycled art is covered in fabric which originally came from his atelier, where he previously created couture garments for private clientele
